主蒸汽管道设计压力取值分析

摘要 为了明确单元机组超临界和超超临界机组主蒸汽管道压力设计标准,阐述了主蒸汽管道设计压力的国内电力标准与ASMEB31.1的区别,分析了单元机组超临界和超超临界机组主蒸汽压力取值不同的主要原因,确定了国内实际1000 MW机组主蒸汽压力的取值方法,对机组的设计有指导意义。分析结果表明,主汽门前设计压力就是最大运行工况下(VWO)的热平衡上的运行压力,GB50764同时参照ASME和IEC的规定得出的设计压力偏于保守。 In order to determine the design standard of main steam pipe pressure of( ultra-) supercritical unit,this paper expounds the difference between domestic electric power standard and ASMEB31. 1,analyzes the main causes for different pressure criteria of main steam pressure of( ultra-) supercritical unit,and determines the criteria method for domestic 1000 MW unit,which is referential for unit design. The analysis result shows that the design pressure in front of the main valve is the operational pressure under the maximum operational conditions,and the design pressure calculated by GB50764 referring to ASME and IEC is conservative.
