炎症性青光眼患者血清及房水IL-23、IL-17水平的变化及临床意义 被引量:9

Changes of IL-23 and IL-17 Levels in Serum and Aqueous Humor in Patients with Inflammatory Glaucoma and Their Clinical Significance

摘要 目的探讨炎症性青光眼患者血清及房水白细胞介素-23(IL-23)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法回顾性收集炎症性青光眼、原发性青光眼、老年性白内障患者临床资料,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定其血清及房水中IL-23、IL-17水平,并对炎症性青光眼患者房水IL-23与IL-17水平进行相关性分析。结果 3组患者血清IL-23、IL-17水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。炎症性青光眼组房水IL-23、IL-17水平明显高于原发性青光眼组和老年性白内障组(P<0.01),但原发性青光眼组与老年性白内障组IL-23、IL-17水平比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。炎症性青光眼患者房水中IL-23与IL-17水平呈正相关(r=0.76,P<0.05)。结论炎症性青光眼患者房水IL-23、IL-17水平升高可能与眼内炎症反应密切相关,与高眼压状态无明显相关性。 Objective To explore the changes and clinical significance of interleukin-23( IL-23) and interleukin-17( IL-17) levels in serum and aqueous humor in patients with inflammatory glaucoma. Methods Serum and aqueous humor were collected from patients with inflammatory glaucoma( n = 25),primary glaucoma( n = 25) and senile cataract( normal control group,n =25). The levels of IL-23 and IL-17 in serum and aqueous humor were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). The correlation between IL-23 and IL-17 in aqueous humor was analyzed in inflammatory glaucoma patients. Results There was no significant difference in serum IL-23 and IL-17 levels among 3 groups( P〉 0. 05). The levels of IL-23 and IL-17 in aqueous humor in inflammatory glaucoma group were higher than those in primary glaucoma group and normal control group( P 〈 0. 01); however,there was no significant difference in above mentioned indicators between primary glaucoma group and normal control group( P 〉0. 05). The levels of IL-23 in aqueous humor was positively correlated with IL-17 in inflammatory glaucoma patients( r = 0. 76,P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The increased levels of IL-23 and IL-17 in aqueous humor of inflammatory glaucoma patients are closely associated with intraocular inflammation,but they have no significant correlation with high intraocular pressure.
