摘要
长期以来,对钻井液中无机离子的检测局限于氯离子滴定法,其信息量及分析速度均不能满足对地层水进行随钻分析的需要。离子色谱技术作为一项高效液相色谱分析技术,因其检测精度高、速度快而成为现场钻井液离子检测的重要手段。在阐述离子色谱检测分析钻井液离子质量浓度和评价地层水原理的基础上,分析了识别地层水的基本方法和判断地层水类型的苏林分类法,并结合实例介绍了苏林分类法各参数的求取过程,最终给出了水型检测结果。与地层测试资料对比表明,该技术可实现地层水类型和水体性质的准确识别,对现场生产决策及完井方案的确定具有实用参考价值。
Over a long period time,the detection of inorganic ions in drilling fluid has been confined in chloride ion titration method,its information content and analysis rate can not meet the needs of formation water analysis while drilling.As a high performance liquid chromatographic fractionation technique,the ion chromatography has become an important technique for liquid ion detection on drilling site because of its high detection precision and rapid speed.On the basis of setting forth the analysis and detection of drilling fluid ion mass concentration from ion chromatography and the principle of evaluating formation water,the author analyzed the basic method of identifying formation water and Surin classification method of judging formation water type,introduced the process of extracting each parameter for Surin classification method with examples,and finally gave out the water type test results.The comparison with formation test data showed that the technology can achieve an accurate identification of formation water type and water body properties and had practical reference value to on-site decision making and determining completion programs.
