文化产业低碳发展的时代已经到来,伴随着我国文化产业向纵深方向发展,还存在着科技和市场在文化产业发展中的作用不突出、公共文化道德体系和法律责任追究机制不健全、全社会低碳价值观念尚未形成等诸多制约因素,通过构建"低碳器物、低碳制度、低碳行为规范、低碳观念"四位一体的文化产业低碳发展模式,才能实现我国文化产业低碳可持续发展。

The age of low carbon development of cultural industry has become. With the cultural industry developing further in our country, there are still many factors to limit the development of cultural industry. Science, technology and market in the role of cultural industry development is not prominent. Moral system of public cultural and legal responsibility mechanism is not sound.The whole society low carbon values has not been formed.By building a ＂low carbon material, low carbon system, low carbon behavior norms, low carbon concept＂ cultural industry of low carbon development model, the low-carbon sustainable development of cultural industry in China could be implemented effectively.
