摘要 在考虑城市停车诱导系统多种因素的基础上,利用定性、定量相结合的分析方法提出基于模糊复合物元的城市停车诱导评估模型。该模型以可拓学、关联函数、隶属函数、模糊物元分析为基础,将评价指标、测量值、评价等级等应用于城市停车诱导系统评估,采用关联熵法确定指标权重,通过计算得到评估值并进行排序,进而判断城市停车诱导系统水平。该模型的实例应用表明,所建模型计算简单,便于应用,为停车诱导系统提供了一种合理可行的评估方法。 For the evaluation of the urban parking guidance system,the parking guidance system evaluation model is proposed based on a variety of factors and fuzzy complex analysis methods. A complex matter-element model for the urban parking guidance system is constructed based on extenics,relational function,membership function,fuzzy matter element analysis. Evaluation indicators,measured values and the evaluation level are used in the urban parking guidance system evaluation model. The relation entropy method is used to determine the indicator weight and the evaluation values of the parking guidance system are arranged in order by calculation to determine the level of the urban parking guidance system. Finally,the practical use of the model shows that the established model is characterized by the simple calculation and friendly use,which provides a reasonable and feasible evaluation method for the parking guidance system.
