阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Atorvastatin Combined with Trimetazidine Treatment for Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨临床采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的效果。方法:选择本院自2012年9月-2013年11月收治的116例冠心病患者,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各58例;对照组采用常规的曲美他嗪治疗方法,观察组实施阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗方法,对比并分析两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.1%,对照组治疗总有效率为81.0%;观察组患者用药后不良反应率显著低于对照组患者,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病,临床效果良好,适合临床推广与实践。

Objective： To investigate the clinical use of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine treatment for coronary heart disease.Method：116 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital since September 2012 to November 2013 in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 58 patients in each group. The control group used conventional trimetazidine treatment method, and the observation group received atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine,the treatment effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Result： In the observation group, the total effective rate was 93.1%, and that of the control group was 81.0%; drug adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Atorvastatin combined trimetazidine treatment for coronary heart disease, clinical effect is good, suitable for clinical application and practice.
