驻邕部队官兵慢性前列腺炎患病情况调查

Investigation of chronic prostatitis among serviceman in south army

目的探讨影响南方部队官兵慢性前列腺炎的发病因素。方法到驻邕部队基层连队进行前列腺炎普查,记录调查对象的年龄、服役年限、兵种、嗜好、前列腺液检查情况、患病情况、治疗情况等,统计分析各项数据,研究导致前列腺炎发病的可能病因及病情迁延不愈的影响因素。结果 684名被调查官兵中,确诊慢性前列腺炎97例,占总数14.1%,其中服役时间长者,同时合并盆腔静脉性疾病者,患病率较高;海军、陆军患病率也较高。结论长期高危险、高强度训练军队环境可能是驻邕部队官兵慢性前列腺炎患病的影响因素。

Objective To investigate the morbidity and causation of chronic prostatitis among serviceman in south army.Methods The general survey of chronic prostatitis was preformed among serviceman in south army,and the servicemen＇ s ages,hobbies,times of service and sorts of service were recorded and analyzed. Results Among 684 servicemen,97 cases were diagnosed with chronic prostatitis（ 14. 1%）. Long times servicing and combined with pelvic venous disease had a high prevalence of. chronic prostatitis,and the air-fore had lower morbidity than fleet and army. Conclusions The long time＇s serious and hight intense training were the main causation leading to chronic prostatitis in serviceman.
