摘要
目的运用数字化技术开展医院员工满意度调查征求意见建议,搭起沟通桥梁,构建和谐医院,提升服务质量。方法开设医院员工满意度调查无纸化平台,每月开放调查周期,分析调查数据,对问题督促整改。结果实现了员工满意度调查数字化管理,通过调查整改、追踪检查,使问题及时解决,员工反映同一问题的意见逐步减少,满意度提高。结论员工满意度调查无纸化操作简单直观,样本量大,征求意见面广,整改方向明确,增进科室间协作及员工沟通交流,提高管理水平和工作质量。
Objective To improve service quality and establish a harmonious hospital by establishing a web-based platform on employee satisfaction in hospital. Methods A software for investigation on satisfaction among the hospital staff was designed,the investigation was carried out monthly,the data were analyzed and the problems were improved. Results The employee satisfaction was implemented paperless,which collected the problems,helped to improve and follow up,so as to solve the problems in time. The problems raised by the staff were gradually reduced and the satisfaction was improved. Conclusions Paperless satisfaction survey is simple and direct-viewing,which collects large amount of samples and outlines the problems for improvement. It is helpful for communication between staff and cooperation between departments,which is good to improve management and service.
