护理干预对老年急性胃穿孔患者手术效果及预后的影响

Operation Effect and Prognosis of Nursing Intervention for Elderly Patients with Acute Gastric Perforation

目的:探讨老年急性胃穿孔患者护理干预对手术效果及预后的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的82例急性胃穿孔老年患者,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组41例。对照组实行常规护理,治疗组给予系统的护理干预,并观察护理干预对手术效果和预后的影响。结果:所有患者均顺利完成手术,治疗组手术时间、术后排气时间、术后并发症发生率和住院天数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统、积极的护理干预有利于老年急性胃穿孔患者手术治疗及术后恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the operation effect and prognosis of nursing intervention for elderly patients with acute gastric perforation. Method：82 cases with acute gastric perforation of elderly in our hospital,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the treatment group was given system nursing intervention,and observing the effect of nursing intervention for operation effect and prognosis.Result：All patients successfully completed operation,the operation time,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative complications and length of hospital stay were significantly less than the control group,the differences were significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The system and positive nursing intervention for elderly patients with acute gastric perforation is good for operation treatment and postoperative recovery,is worth of clinical promotion.
