摘要
[目的]建立口腔专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。[方法]采用德尔菲法对全国口腔医院32名护理专家进行2轮问卷咨询,使用层次分析法确定一、二级指标的权重,专家重要程度赋值法确定三级指标的权重。[结果]专家的判断系数(Ca)为0.885 5,熟悉程度系数(Cs)为0.883 9,权威系数(Cr)为0.884 7,各级指标的协调系数为0.423,0.509、0.560,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),各项指标的变异系数小于0.2,最终形成了包括一级指标7个、二级指标26个和三级条目52个的"口腔专科护士核心能力评价指标体系"。[结论]口腔专科护士核心能力评价指标体系专家权威程度高,意见集中,研究结果科学可靠,为护理管理者在培训、考核和聘用口腔专科护士时提供了客观、科学、合理的依据和标准。
Obj ective:To establish core competence evaluation index system of dental specialist nurse.Methods:A total of 32 oral care experts across the country received 2 rounds of questionnaire and consulting by using Delphi method,on and two grade indexs weight was determined by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),experts importance assignment method was applied in determining weights of three qrade indexes. Results:The expert’s judgment coefficient(Ca)was 0.885 5,familiarity with coefficient(Cs)was 0.883 9,authority coefficient(Cr)was 0.884 7, the coordination coefficient of various indicators was 0.423,0.509,0.560,and there were statistically significant differences (P〈0.001),the variation coefficient of each index was less than 0.2.Eventually core competence evaluation index system of dental specialist nurse was formed including one grade indicators 7,two grade indicators 26 and three grade items 52. Conclusion:Core competence evaluation index system of oral specialist nurses has a high degree of expert authority and focused opinion.And studies results were reliable and scientific,so it provides an obj ective,scientific and rational basis and standards in training,assessment and re-cruitment of oral specialist nurses.
