信息化与企业发展关系研究

The Relationship of Informatization and Enterprise Development

信息化是企业技术战略的重要组成部分,对企业竞争力及可持续发展具有深远影响。现代企业都在不断探索信息化在企业中的定位问题,意图在于将信息化从提高效率的工具变为企业的战略伙伴。本文以信息化技术的发展对企业产生的影响为研究调查的对象,将信息化按照其对企业发展的参与程度来探讨信息化的重要性。同时,联系中海集团与中海发展(上海)有限公司的信息化实践,对信息化的应用进行讨论,说明信息化在企业中的发展方向与企业发展中信息化带来的优势与弊端。

Informatization is a very important part of enterprise technological strategy, which has great influ- ence on the competitiveness and the sustainable development of an enterprise. Nowadays, many companies have tried their best to explore the role of Enterprise Informatization. They want to change it from a tool for increasing ef- ficiency only to a great strategic partner of their companies. This article researches the development of the enterprise information technology and its influence, and explains the importance of Enterprise Informationization in terms of its contribution to the enterprise development. Meanwhile, the application of information technology are also discussed in this article according the situation of the China Overseas Holdings Limited and together with the COB develop- ment （shanghai）CO. LTD. Finally, we will point out the advantages and disadvantages which informatization brings to the enterprise, and expect the future direction.
