经尿道前列腺电切术围手术期护理

Nursing of Transurethral Resection of the Prostate Peri Operationperiod

目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术（ TURP）围手术期护理体会。方法：回顾我科室2010年～2012年行经尿道前列腺电切术的221例患者的围手术期护理方法，总结围手术期的护理体会。结果：221例患者手术均成功，无严重并发症发生。结论：根据患者围手术期常见护理问题，制定护理计划，加强护理技术，是保证经尿道前列腺电切术成功和降低术后并发症的关键。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the nursing of transurethral resection of prostate （ TURP ） during perioperative period . METHOD： In our hospital in 2010~2012 years 221 patients received transurethral resection of the prostate during perioperative peri -od.RESULT： The treatments in these patients were all successfully .CONCLUSION： According to the nursing problems of patients during perioperative period comprehensiving nursing intervention is the key to the success of this trectment method reducing postopera -tive complications .
