腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床护理研究

Clinical nursing study of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床护理方法。方法收集该科2010年7月-2012年12月开展优质护理服务后住院的592例行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的患者作为观察组,收集2009年1月～2010年6月开展优质护理服务前该科住院的265例行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者作为对照组;比较两组患者的住院平均天数,并发症发生率、费用、依从性和满意度。结果观察组患者的住院平均天数、并发症发生率、费用低于对照组（P〈0.05）;而依从性及满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理服务可以有效改善护理质量,减少患者的住院时间和住院费用,降低并发症的发生率,提高患者的依从性和满意度。

[ Objective ] To investigate the clinical nursing methods in operated patients with cholecystolithiasis. [Methods] The observation group contained 592 cases of selected operation patients with cholecystolithiasis who were treated with high-quality nursing between Jul 2010 and Dec 2012,while the control group contained 265 cases of selected operation patients with cholecystolithiasis were treated with the traditional nursing from Jan 2009 to Jun 2010. The mean stay in hospital, complications, expenses,compliance and satisfaction were observed. [Results] Compared with the control group, the mean stay in hospital, complications and expenses of the observation group was less （P〈0.05）, while compliance and satisfaction of the observation group was better （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] High-quality nursing can improve the nursing quality effectively, reduce the mean stay in hospital and expenses,de- crease complications, and increase compliance and satisfaction.
