宣肺利水汤治疗卵巢囊肿50例临床观察

Investigation of Xuanfei Lishui decoction on ovarian cyst

目的观察宣肺利水汤治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法将90例卵巢囊肿患者随机分为2组。治疗组50例予宣肺利水汤治疗,对照组40例予桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗。2组均3个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效,并观察2组主要症状改善率及治疗前后卵巢囊肿体积变化。结果治疗组总有效率94.00%,对照组总有效率82.50%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后卵巢囊肿体积均缩小(P<0.05),且治疗组缩小优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组主要症状改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宣肺利水汤治疗卵巢囊肿疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuanfei Lishui decoction on ovarian cyst. Methods 90patients with ovarian cyst were randomly divided into two groups. 50 cases in treatment group were given Xuanfei Lishui decoction. 40 cases in control group were treated by Guizhi Fuling capsule. The course was three months in two groups. After a course effect and the main symptom improvement rate were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（ 94. 00%） was higher than that in control group（ 82. 50%,P 〈 0. 05）.The main symptom improvement rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Xuanfei Lishui decoction has definite effect on ovarian cyst.
