中成药序贯疗法治疗肾虚血瘀型月经过少42例临床观察

Observation of efficacy on hypomenorrhea due to kindey deficiency and blood stagnation treated with sequence therapy of Chinese formulated products

目的观察中成药序贯疗法治疗肾虚血瘀型月经过少42例的临床疗效。方法将84例肾虚血瘀型月经过少患者随机分为2组,治疗组42例应用中成药序贯疗法治疗,对照组42例应用常规西药治疗,2组均3个月为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组治疗后月经量、子宫内膜厚度、雌二醇(E2)均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05);对照组治疗后月经量、子宫内膜厚度、E2及孕酮(P)均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后P高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论中成药序贯疗法治疗肾虚血瘀型月经过少,能增加患者月经量,增加子宫内膜厚度,提高患者雌激素水平,但对孕激素水平提高无明显作用。

Objective The observe the efficacy of hypomenorrhea due to kindey deficiency and blood stagnation treated with sequence therapy of Chinese formulated products. Methodskindey deficiency and blood stagnation were randomly divided into two groups,control group and treatment group. 42 patients in treatment group received sequence therapy of Chinese formulated products. Patients in control group（ n =40） were treated by conventional therapy. The therapeutic course was three months in two groups. The effect was evaluated after a course. Results Menstrual blood volume,endometrial thickness and estradiol（ E2） after treatment were increased as compared with those before treatment in treatment group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Menstrual blood volume,endometrial thickness,E2 and Progesterone（ PRG） after treatment were increased as compared with those before treatment in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. PRG level in control group was higher than that in treatment group after treatment（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Sequence therapy of Chinese formulated products on hypomenorrhea due to kindey deficiency and blood stagnation can increase patients with menstrual quantity,increase the endometrial thickness,improve the level of patients with estrogen,but no obvious effect on progesterone levels increase
