中西医结合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌51例临床研究

Clinical research of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on advanced non- small cell lung cancer

目的观察中西医结合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法将102例晚期NSCLC患者随机分为2组。对照组51例给予西药化疗方案,治疗组51例在对照组西药化疗基础上联合参芪扶正注射液治疗。2组均21 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计临床疗效及观察治疗前后生活质量评分(kamofsky)、免疫细胞血清水平及毒性反应评分变化。结果治疗组临床获益率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后Kamofsky评分均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组升高优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后B淋巴细胞血清水平高于本组治疗前(P<0.05),对照组治疗后自然杀伤细胞、T淋巴细胞血清水平低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后自然杀伤细胞、B淋巴细胞、T淋巴细胞等免疫细胞血清水平均高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。治疗组毒性反应评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗晚期NSCLC,可提高患者免疫功能,减轻化疗药物毒性反应,提高化疗疗效,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on advanced non- small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC）. Methods 102 advanced NSCLC patients were randomly divided into two groups. 51 cases in control group received chemotherapy medicine. 51 cases in treatment group received combined therapy of Shenqifuzheng injection and chemotherapy medicine. The therapeutic course was 21 days in two groups. The clinical effect was counted and life quality score（ Kamofsky）,Serum levels of immune cells and toxicity rating were observed. Results Clinical benefit rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment Kamofsky scores were increased in two groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the increase in treatment group was superior to that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the serum levels of B lymphocytes in treatment group was higher than that before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）; in the control group after treatment,natural killer cells,T lymphocytes serum levels was lower than that before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）; serum levels of natural killer cells,B lymphocytes,T lymphocytes and other immune cells after treatment in the treatment group were higher those before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）. Toxicity score in treatment group was lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion Combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on non- small cell lung cancer can improve the patients＇ immune function,reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy drug reaction,improve the curative effect of chemotherapy,and improve the patients＇ quality of life.
