摘要
目的研究地榆炭烘法炮制的最佳工艺。方法制备不同温度烘制的地榆炭,记录烘制时间,鉴定地榆炭的成品性状,检测其鞣质含量;比较生地榆和地榆炭对小鼠凝血时间的影响。结果 240~280℃地榆炭烘制品,其性状和鞣质含量符合《中华人民共和国药典》中规定的地榆炭标准。与对照组相比,生地榆组和不同温度地榆炭组均能显著缩短小鼠凝血时间(P〈0.01);与生地榆组比较,280℃地榆炭组能显著缩短小鼠凝血时间(P〈0.05)。结论温度280℃、时间4.5 min为地榆烘制最佳工艺;280℃地榆炭凝血功能最佳。
Objective To study the best baking process of Charred Radix Sanguisorbae( CRS). Methods CRS was baked in the different temperature thermostatic oven,the time of baking was recorded,their product propeties were observed,and the content of tannin was detected respectively. Results When the range of temperature is from240 ℃ to 280 ℃,the product propeties and tannic content of CRS conform to the standards specified in the pharmacopoeia. The CRS baking with 280℃ could effectively shorten the clotting time on mice with Radix Sanguisorbae group( P ﹤0.05). There was no significant difference between Radix Sanguisorbae group and CRS baking with 240℃ and260℃( P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion The optimal processing method are baking with 280℃ for 4. 5min.
