穴位埋线治疗功能性便秘的Meta分析

Meta analysis for the treatment of functional constipation by catgut implantation ligation

目的应用循证医学的方法,评价穴位埋线治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法全面检索截止至2013-07的文献,按Cochrane系统评价手册的文献质量评价的办法严格筛选,最终纳入17篇,采用Jadad量表评价文献质量,使用RevMan5.0进行Meta分析。结果所有文献总有效率的OR=4.64及相应的95%可信区间为(3.38,6.36),穴位埋线治疗功能性便秘的疗效优于口服中药、西药及普通针刺等治疗。结论穴位埋线治疗功能性便秘有一定的疗效,但目前缺乏相关的、高质量临床研究文献,因此有必要设计更多良好的临床随机对照试验,以进一步证实其效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of functional constipation by catgut implantation ligation by evidence- based medicine method. Methods As of 2013- 07 of the literature were comprehensive searched according to Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of quality assessment Methods rigorous screening,and eventually included 17,the quality of the literature were evaluated using Jadad scale,Meta- analysis were finished by using RevMan5. 0. Results The total efficiency of all literature OR = 4. 64 and corresponding 95% confidence interval（ 3. 38,6. 36）,catgut implantation for the treatment of functional constipation was more effective than that of oral medicine,acupuncture therapy and general medicine. Conclusion Catgut implantation ligation has certain curative effect in the treatment of functional constipation,but the current lack of relevant and high quality clinical research literature,it is necessary to design more good clinical randomized controlled trials,to further confirm the effect.
