黑龙江省基层农户节水行为与补偿意愿研究

Study on Water Saving Behavior and Willingness to Accept Compensation of Farmers in Heilongjiang Province

为充分了解黑龙江省基层农户的节水行为与补偿意愿,以通河县和依兰县为调研区域,采用问卷调查与半结构访谈相结合的方法对黑龙江省基层农户节水行为与补偿意愿进行了研究。结果表明:农户的节水意识落后,节水观念淡薄;农艺节水技术因投入低、操作简便、增产效果明显,推广利用率明显高于工程节水技术;不同种植作物农户对节水技术表现出了明显的需求差异,但多数表达了对节水组织的需求;81.54%的农户表示愿意接受政府引导或补偿,但不同种植户对补偿金额有一定差异。该研究还提出了多项有针对性的发展黑龙江节水农业的建议。

For the purpose of acknowledge the water saving behavior and willingness to accept compensation in Heilongjiang province,Tonghe county and Yilan county were taken as research areas to study by questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview.The results showed that farmers water-saving awareness was backward.The utilization rate of agronomic techniques was higher than that of engineering techniques for the advantages of lower input,operation easier and increasing yield obviously.The demand for water saving techniques was different because of different planting crops,and most of them demanded water saving organizations.81.54% of the household were willing to accept the induction and compensation,but the compensation amount was different.Meanwhile,some targeted suggestions were put forward to develop water saving agriculture for Heilongjiang province.
