土壤肥料是种植类专业的一门专业基础课。根据高职院校种植类专业人才培养目标的要求,土壤肥料课程传统的技能训练项目已不能满足未来农业生产的需要,因此,为有效地培养高技能实用型人才,该研究结合土壤肥料课程特点以及对未来高端技能型人才的需求,确立了适合未来人才市场需求的技能训练项目,以此提高土壤肥料课程技能训练的实效。

Soil and fertilizer is a professional basic course in cultivation of professional.According to the training aim for cultivation of professional talents of higher vocational colleges,traditional skills training program had been unable to meet the needs of future agricultural production.Combined with the characteristics of soil and fertilizer course and the needs for future high-end technical talents,the skills training project which was sui table for future talents market demand was established,so as to improve the actual effect for soil fertilizer course skill training.
