摘要
指出了GB/T 20489-2006《油气井聚能射孔器材通用技术条件》中存在的高温、超高温聚能射孔器的耐温指标不合理、无统一评价指标等缺陷。通过对聚能射孔器井下使用条件、现场施工所需时间、国内耐高温聚能射孔器产品水平的分析,对聚能射孔器的耐温性能进行了分组并确定了评价方法和评价指标,为现场施工中射孔器的选择、标准的修订提供了依据。
The defects in the standard "General Requirements for Perforator Materials for Oil and Gas Wells"(GB/T 20489-2006)that the heat-resistance indexes of high-temperature and ultrahigh-temperature jet perforators are not reasonable and there are not unified evaluation indexes are pointed out. The heat-resistance performance of the jet perforator is classified and the evaluation methods and indexes of it are determined through the analysis of the downhole working conditions, the time for site construction and the technological level of domestic jet perforators, which can provide the basis for the selection of perforators and the revision of jet perforator standards.
