摘要
从团购网站所处产业价值链的角度提出了团购网站商业模式的创新方案,即价值链延展型模式创新方案、价值链分拆型模式创新方案以及团购网站本身模式创新方案,然后以目前发展处于领先地位的商业模式—拉手网作为案例,同时运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对其进行了商业模式评价,结果表明,其创新较为有效,值得其他团购网站借鉴.
From the angle of the industry value chain of group buying sites,several innovation solutions were proposed,including the innovation program by extending its value chain,the innovation program by splitting its value chain,and an solution by innovating its own value events. The Lashou website was used as the example and the method of AHP and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were used to evaluate the business model. The results indicated that the innovation of Lashou model is effective,and which deserve to be used as a source of reference.
