高职学生职业通用能力课程体系构建的路径研究——以柳州城市职业学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着各高职院校对学生综合职业素养培养的重视,愈来愈多的高职院校开设了职业通用能力课程,然而由于对课程价值与作用认识上的不同,各高职院校在职业通用能力课程的建设与实施上存在着一些亟待解决的问题。本文以体系化构建的思路,结合柳州城市职业学院在职业通用能力课程建设方面的研究与实践,提出了要从课程的内部要素和外部要素两个方面科学构建高职职业通用能力课程体系的实施路径与方法,从而最大程度地发挥职业通用课程体系对实现高职人才培养目标的价值与作用。 With more attention paid to the cultivation of college students comprehensive occupation training,more and more highervocational colleges have offered the course"Occupation General Ability". However,due to different understanding of its value and function,some problems are found in the construction and implementation of the curriculum. With systematic construction,and combined withthe research and practice of this course at Liuzhou City Vocational College,this paper offers some measures in constructing this curriculum scientifically from the perspectives of internal and external factors so as to achieve its full role in realizing the training goal of talents at higher vocational talents.
