摘要
基于外聘教师对高职院校教育质量和组织发展的意义,针对当前外聘教师队伍建设中存在的问题,指出促进外聘教师的专业发展是有效解决问题的关键。围绕外聘教师的专业发展内涵及内容,探讨促进外聘教师专业发展的途径。
Based on the significance of part-time faculty for improving teaching quality for the development of higher vocational colleges,and problems existing in construction of part-time faculty,this article holds that promoting professional development is the key tothe problem. Centring on the intension and contents of professional development for part-time faculty,this article analyzes the ways to promoteits professional development.
