西部省区科技-经济系统协调发展研究

Study on coordination development of science&technology-economy system in western provinces

科技和经济之间相互依存、相互促进、相互制约的相互作用关系要求区域科技和经济必须协调发展。通过构建科技-经济系统协调发展度评价模型,运用我国西部省区统计数据,对协调发展度进行实证分析。实证研究结果表明,西部地区的科技-经济系统协调发展度总体偏低,协调度省区差异显著,尚未形成良性互动的协调发展机制。相对于科技创新水平来说,西部地区的总体经济发展实力不足,制约科技创新投入与转化,是科技-经济系统发展的最大瓶颈。

The interdependence relationship between technology and economic,reflected in mutual promotion and mutual restraint.requires regional science technology and economy must develop coordinately and can through deepening the dynamic balance to promote technology-economic system develop in spiral.Owing to this,the article has set up technology-economic system coordinated development evaluation model,which is then applied to make an empirical analysis of western provinces.The empirical results show that the coordination degrees between Technology and economic are overall low and appear obvious disparities in Western Region,illustrating positive coordination and interaction mechanism between Technology and economic has not yet formed.With respect to the level of technological innovation,the overall week economic strength of the western is the main bottleneck of science technology-economy system,which can restrict technological innovation and transformation of technology.
