综合康复治疗对早中期阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能的影响 被引量:8

The effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on cognitive function in mild and moderate patients with Alzheimer's disease

摘要 目的 观察早中期阿尔茨海默病综合康复治疗干预对患者认知功能的影响,探讨AD治疗的可能改善方法.方法 60例AD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.对照组应用药物治疗和运动疗法,治疗组除常规药物治疗和运动疗法外,还给予认知疗法、娱乐疗法和简化日常能力训练.采用简明精神状态量表(mini-mental state scale,MMSE)和改良巴氏指数(modified Barthel index,MBI),在开始治疗前、治疗后4和8m评价.结果 综合康复治疗组AD患者4m后,MMSE、MBI较对照组显著改善(P<0.05),8m后MMSE、MBI评分具有显著性差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而对照组的各个项目评分无明显改善(P>0.05).结论 通过运动疗法、认知疗法、娱乐疗法和简化日常能力训练的综合康复治疗模式对改善阿尔茨海默病患者的认知功能和生活质量有效,在延缓AD患者的病情方面具有促进作用. Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention on cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and explore the possible improvement method. Methods 60 patients with AD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group received medicine and exercise therapy while the treatment group received cognitive therapy, recreational therapy and simplified daily training in addition to conventional medicine therapy and exercise therapy. Using the mini mental state examination scale (MMSE) and modified Barthel Index (MBI) assess the outcome before treatment, ,immediately, after 4 and 8 months post-intervention. Result The results showed of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment group of AD patients in MMSE, MBI were significantly improved (P〈 0.05) after 4 months intervention and the MMSE, MBI score had significant difference after 8 months treatment. But each item score had no significant improvement in control group (P〉 0.05). Conclusion the comprehensive rehabilitation mode of exercise therapy, cognitive therapy, recreational therapy and simplified daily training can improve cognitive function and quality of life in patients with AD effectively and have an promoting role in delay the process of AD..
