基于景观都市主义的生态型小城镇建构策略研究

Research on Strategy of Ecological Small Town Based on Landscape Urbanism

小城镇建设是我国城市化进程的重要环节,构建生态型小城镇是贯彻城乡统筹方针、落实生态文明理念、实现可持续发展战略的重要途径。秉承"小城镇,大战略"的理论方针,根据生态型小城镇的本质特点,针对目前建设策略中存在的问题,分析当前面临的机遇和挑战。依照景观都市主义,从政策法规、城市布局、基础设施、景观营造、技术应用等多重角度审视生态型小城镇建设策略,加入时间要素,动态、弹性地实现小城镇生态化过程,构建景观都市主义引导下的新型小城镇建设体系。

The construction of ecological small towns is playing an important role in urbanization of＂ China, which is the main route to carry out the principle of＂ plans between city and town, display the ecological culture, realize the sustainable development. Based on the natural characteristic of＂ ecological small town, with the strategy of small town but big tactic, aiming at the modern problem, analyze the current opportunities and challenges. According to the landscape urbanism which il^clude the policies and regulations, city layout, ecological infrastructure, landscape construction and technology application, review the traditional small town strategy, and with the new time element, being flexible to realize ecological small towns, building a new town construction system under the guidance of＂ landscape urbanism.
