摘要
针对电能表、采集终端部分不合格设备进入生产现场,出现采集数据大规模缺失/不正确等问题,运用标准比对法编制了电能表、采集终端规约测试方案,对厂站电能表、电能量采集终端的上行通信协议、本地通信协议的一致性和设备兼容性进行测试,完善了电能表、采集终端的到货验收检测方法,杜绝了不合格产品进入生产现场。结果表明:电能表、采集终端规约测试方案的测试方法科学合理,实际测试操作简单便捷,测试效果良好。
Aiming at the problems of unqualified watt-hour meter and power collection equipment comed into producing locale leads to collection data absence/ incorrectness, uses standard comparison method to compile protocol test schemes of watt-hour meter and power collection terminal,tests the consistency of communication protocol and compatibility of equipments,perfects check, accept and test method of watt-hour meter and power collection equipment, stops unqualified production to come into producing locale. The result shows that the test method of protocol test schemes for watt-hour meter and power collection terminal is science and in reason,actual testing operation is simple and convenient,effect is all right.
