培养大学生的可雇佣性技能是解决大学生就业难问题的有效途径,提高大学生可雇佣性技能是培养高素质应用型人才、促进大学生就业的关键。基于可雇佣性和可雇佣技能理论,主要从高校层面对有效提高大学生可雇佣性的策略进行研究,以提升大学生在劳动力就业市场的竞争力,从而实现大学生就业最大化。

Cultivating university students＇ employability skills is the effective way to solve the problem.Improving university students＇ employability skills is the key to cultivating high-quality applied talents and promoting the university students＇ employment. Based on the theory of employability and employability skills, this paper puts forward suggestions on cultivating and improving the employability of university students mainly from the perspective of universities and colleges in order to improve university students＇ competitiveness in the labor force market and realize the maximization of the employment of University students.
