摘要
橡胶在大气中老化变质,臭氧的作用是一个很重要的原因.在研究防护蜡和微晶蜡对工程轮胎胎冠胶老化性能影响的基础上,对工程轮胎胎冠胶进行了基本性能、磨耗性能、力学性能和老化性能等试验.结果表明:不同的物理防护体系对胶料的硫化速度和物理机械性能影响差别不大;对胶料防臭氧老化性能影响差别较大.试验得出:防护蜡对防臭氧老化性能效果较差,而微晶蜡防臭氧老化性能效果较好.
Effectiveness of ozone is an important reason of rubber's aging and modification in atmospheric environment.Based on study of influence of protective wax and microcrystalline wax on aging property of crown compound of OTR tire,this paper carries out experiments on basic performance,wear property,mechanical property and aging characteristic of crown compound of OTR tire.Results show that physical protection system has less influence on curing speed as well as physical and mechanical properties of the compound,but has great influence on ozone aging property.Experiments results also show that protective wax has less influence while microcrystalline wax has greater influence on ozone aging property.
