摘要
以PP为基体树脂,分别改变木粉和硬脂酸的量制成复合材料,用转矩流变仪分析其流变行为,同时将复合材料挤出造粒,注射成标准样条分析其力学性能的变化.试验结果表明:木粉和硬脂酸能显著影响复合体系(材料)的流动性;复合材料的冲击强度随着木粉含量的增加而下降,随硬脂酸含量的增加先下降后上升;复合材料的拉伸强度随着木粉含量的增加先上升后下降,随着硬脂酸含量的增加先上升后下降.
Taking PP as matrix resin,we make the composite with various quantities of wood powder and stearic acid.First we use torque rheometer to analyze its rheology behavior,then the composite is extruded and prilled,at last it is injected into standard samples and change of its mechanical property is analyzed.Results show that wood powder and stearic acid can dramatically influence the liquidity of the composite,impact strength of the composite declines with the increase of wood powder content and declines then rises with increase of stearic acid content,tensile strength of the composite rises then declines with increase of wood powder content and rises then declines with increase of stearic acid content.
