摘要
为了分析心理授权对财务管理的促进作用,改变财务管理中机械、单一的管理现状,对心理授权的定义,心理授权在财务管理中的现状、意义和具体实施,进行了初步的论述.重点从增强财务人员的工作自主性、提高财务人员工作影响力、工作意义感和增强财务人员自我效能感等4个方面,对心理授权在财务管理中的具体实施作了分析.结果表明:通过一定程度的心理授权,能够在一定程度上发挥财务工作人员的主观性,从根本上解决财务管理工作的管理模式.
In order to analyzes the promotion of psychological empowerment on financial management and change the inflexible and simplex current situation of financial management,this paper carries out elementary discuss on current situation,significance and concrete implementation of psychological empowerment in financial management.Concrete implementation of psychological empowerment in financial management is emphatically analyzed from aspects of enhancing work autonomy of financial staff,improving their work influence and sense of meaning,and strengthening self-efficacy of financial staff.Results show that psychological empowerment on some level can develop the subjectivity of financial staff and change financial management mode radically.
