摘要
在预制预应力钢筋混凝土空心方桩时,由于收缩、温度、地基沉降及人为操作不当等多种原因,在桩身局部表面往往容易出现各种裂缝,严重影响方桩的内在和外观质量,大大降低了桩基的耐久性,给工程带来极大的危害。本文重点分析了裂缝产生的原因、解决措施和对策及裂缝的处理方法。
When the prestressed concrete hollow square pile is precasted,due to shrinkage,temperature,foundation settlement,improper manual operation and other reasons,there often exist various cracks on the surface of partial pile,which severely affect the inner and outside quality of the square pile,greatly reduce the durability of pile foundation,and bring great harm to the project.This paper focuses on the causes of cracks,solving measures and countermeasures,and treatment of cracks.
