摘要 基于RFID技术和层次分析法(AHP)设计了一种医院门诊智能排队系统。运用RFID技术实现挂号、诊疗环节患者信息的自动存取;用AHP获得患者排队次序的最佳计算公式;采用C/S模式和B/S模式相结合的软件技术、物联网智能终端、TCP/IP网络构建该智能排队系统,将患者等待时间、年龄、是否预约等因素纳入排队算法设计,按照设定算法进行计算,得出患者在队列中的排序,从而更加合理地安排患者的就医次序。 RFID technology and AHP are introduced to the design of outpatient intelligent queuing system in this paper. Applying RFID technology can automatically achieve patient information access during registration and other clinic links, while using AHP can get the optimal formula for calculating patients queuing to get the reasonable order. The software technology combining C/S mode and B/S mode, IOT intelligent terminals and TCP/IP network are implanted to build the intelligent queuing system. Patient waiting time, age, reservation order and other factors are considered into the design, whose weights are calculated by a set algorithm to get the patients' order in the queue. It will not only take care of the special groups in need of care, but also protect the interests of the majority of ordinary patients, so that patients can enjoy a higher quality of medical services.
