民国时期法学教育的总体特征——以“南东吴、北朝阳”为例

A Tentative Study on General Characteristic of Legal Education During the Period of Republic of China——Taking Soochow University and Chaoyang University as an Example

纵观民国时期的法学教育,它呈现出院校形式与教学方式多样、理论实践与基础学科兼顾发展等特点,再加上监管制度的完善到位以及中西理念的融合共存,这使得民国时期的法学教育展现出鲜明的特色,而这些颇具时代性的办学特色和教学理念能够为当前稍显混乱与迷茫的法学教育提供切实可行的改革思路,也能为我国法律院校的合理发展提供重要的启示和宝贵的经验。

Throughout the legal education during the period of Republic of China,it reveals some characteristics,such as,multiple education forms and methods,combine development of theory and practice.With the well-established supervisory system and Chinese and Western concept integration coexistence,it makes distin guished features of legal education.These schooling characteristics and teaching idea,however,could give reform advice for confused legal education of today,and also provided important enlightenment and precious experience for reasonable development of current Chinese legal college.
