本科生导师制下的学生个性化培养

Students' Personzlized Development under Undergraduate Tutorial System

实行本科导师制具有完善传统教学管理模式、改善传统班级授课的不足、提高本科生培养质量水平等方面的优势,但也存在着实施环境不具备、实施定位不确定,实施机制不健全等方面的不足。基于此,应从构建科学合理的本科生导师制的管理体系、重视导师队伍建设、建立合理的本科生导师制评价机制等方面加强学生个性化培养的具体对策。

Undergraduate tutorial system is a new pattern of higher education,aiming at students＇ independent mind and personalized development,which is of vital significance for improving the quality of undergraduate education.On one hand, the introduction of such a system can perfect traditional teaching management model, better traditional class lecturing,improve undergraduate education quality;on the other hand,there exists deficiency in implementation circumstances,implementation orientation,implementation mechanism.In view of the above,this article puts forward suggestions from perspectives of structuring scientific and logical management of the undergraduate tutorial system,attaching importance to tutorial team construction, establishing rational evaluation mechanism and so on.
