基于教师科研工作的高职学生创新能力培养

The Innovative Ability Training of Higher Vocational Student Based on Scientific Works of Teacher

在示范性院校建设以后,科研是提升高职院校办学水平的重要方面。针对目前高职教师科研工作的困境以及高职学生创新能力培养不足的问题,分析了高职学生参与教师科研工作的可行性,提出了基于教师科研工作的高职学生创新能力培养方式和对高职学生创新能力的评价方法。

After model construction of high vocational school, scientific research is an important fact of enhancing school level. Aimed at the difficulty of scientific work in high vocational school and the deficiency of innovation ability training of student, the feasibility of higher vocational students in teachers＇ scientific research work was analyzed. Higher vocational students＇ innovative ability training mode based on the teachers＇ scientific research work and evaluation method of higher vocational students＇ innovative ability were proposed in this article.
