基于校企合作的机械专业创新实践教育培养体系探索——以德州学院为例

Exploration of Innovative Practice Education Training System about Mechanical Professional Undergraduate Based on Mechanical Professional School and Enterprise Cooperation——Taking Dezhou University as an Example

分析了机械专业本科生实践创新能力培养中存在的问题,结合德州学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业,构建了校企合作一体化的创新实践教学体系,并在实行专业导师制、建立良好氛围的创新实践能力培养环境等方面进行了积极的研究和探索,提高了机械专业本科生的创新和实践能力。

This article analyzes the student who major in mechanical problems that exist in the practice innovation ability training, and it combines mechanical design and manufacturing and automation professional of Dezhou University, it constructs university-enterprise cooperation integration of innovative practice teaching system. In the undergraduate professional tutorial system, establishing a good atmosphere of innovation practice ability training environment it has carried on the positive research and exploration, it improves the mechanical profes- sional undergraduate innovation and practical ability.
