联合检测冠心病患者2项磷脂酶表达的临床价值

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者联合检测血清ⅡA分泌型磷脂酶A2(ⅡA-sPLA2)及脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(LP-PLA2)对于其诊疗的意义。方法对健康对照者50例,急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者13例,稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者17例和不稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者70例的生化指标及ⅡA-sPLA2和LP-PLA2基因水平通过逆转录聚合酶链反应进行检测,统计分析各组之间的差异。结果冠心病组sPLA2-Ⅱ或LP-PLA2表达明显比健康对照组高,两组ⅡA-sPLA2/β-actin或LP-PLA2/β-actin比值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ⅡA-sPLA2/β-actin或LPPLA2/β-actin表达水平AMI组最高,其次是SAP组,最后是UAP组,3组相互比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ⅡA-sPLA2及LP-PLA2指标的检测建议推广到临床实验室作为冠心病患者重要监测指标之一。
