中医药治疗动脉硬化性闭塞症200例临床观察

Clinical analysis report about treatment of 200 cases of arteriosclerotic occlusion by Tradition Chinese Medicine

目的 提高动脉硬化性闭塞症的疗效 ,寻求治疗动脉硬化性闭塞症的中医药疗法。方法 选择诊断明确的动脉硬化性闭塞症住院患者 ,依据中医辨证施治原则 ,分为气虚血瘀与阴虚毒热两型 ,分别采用益气活血 ,化瘀通络与滋阴清热 ,化瘀通络两法治疗动脉硬化性闭塞症 2 0 0例 ,经 2个月治疗后 ,总结疗效。结果 本组病例痊愈者 88例 ,占 44 0 % ;好转者 98例 ,占 49 0 % ;无效者 14例 ,占 7 0 % ;总有效率为 93 0 % ,取得较好的疗效。结论 中医药治疗动脉硬化性闭塞症有较好的疗效。

Objective To seek a method to treat arteriosclerotic occlusion by Tradition Chinese Medicine.Method\ First,We classify 200 patients to two groups according to principles of differentiation of syndromes.Second,we treat them by different methods.Oneis tonifying qi and promoting blood circulation and dispersing blood stasis and dredge collateral for syndrome of qi with blood stasis,the other is nourish yin and clear away pathogenic heat and dispersing blood stasis and dredge collateral for yin deficiency and excess toxin.We analyze treatment efficacy after two months.Results\ 88 cases fully recovered,the cure rate is 44%.98 cases get better,the effective rate is 49%.14 case no effect,the ineffective rate is 7%.So the total effective rate is 93%.Conclusions\ We think treating arteriosclerotic occlusion by TCM is a good method.\;[
