人类免疫缺陷病毒相关疲乏症的中医证治思考

Study on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of HIV related fatigue

艾滋病是由人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染引起的免疫缺陷综合征,是一个需要密切关注的健康问题和社会问题。自高效抗反转录病毒疗法(HAART)推广以来,艾滋病的发病率和病死率有了很大降低,一些随着患者治疗的推进和生存时间延长而出现的如并发症、药物毒副作用和生活质量问题逐渐成为新的关注点。在HIV感染者和艾滋病患者中,HIV相关疲乏症虽是临床常见症状,但却容易为医生所忽视。文章对本症的流行病学特点、中医病因病机、诊治及疗效评价方法进行了探讨,以期对后续研究具有指导意义。

Acquired immune deficiency syndrome（AIDS） is caused by human immunodeficiency virus（HIV） infection. It is one of health and social problems which needed to be paid close attention to. The morbidity and mortality of HIV has been greatly reduced since the HAART was introduced. But, with the advancement of treatment and the prolonged survival time, the complications, toxic and side effect of drugs and quality of life has gradually become the new problem for those patients. The fatigue caused by AIDS is a clinical common symptom among HIV patients, but it is easily to be ignored by doctors. The epidemiological characteristics, the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM, the methods of diagnosis and treatment and the therapeutic evaluation on the HIV related fatigue were discussed in this paper, which would be a guiding signii cance for further study.
