推拿相关感受器转导与传入机制初探

Discussion on the transduction and afferent mechanisms of the receptor associated with manipulation

推拿是施术者运用一定的技巧将具有适当刺激量的机械力作用于受试者体表或深层组织,引起局部皮肤或深层组织中感受器的变化,进而将机械力的刺激转化为电信号,并以神经冲动的形式经过传入纤维到达中枢神经系统的一种中医外治疗法。推拿的治疗效应可能是施术者机械力学刺激、推拿时产生的疼痛觉及温度觉综合作用的结果。文章拟对可能与推拿疗效相关的感受器及其种类、传入纤维、换能机制、传入途径做一阐述,以为阐明推拿治疗机制及后续相关研究做一参考及准备。

Manipulation is a TCM external treatment method that the performer exerted the appropriate force to the subject＇s body surface or deep tissue with certain skills. It could cause the receptors localized in the skin or deep tissue changes that transformed the mechanical force into electrical signals so as to deliver information in the form of nerve impulses via the af erentfibers to the central nervous system. The effects of the manipulation therapy might be the combined result of the mechanics stimulation, pain caused by manipulation and the hands＇ temperature of the performer. The receptors associated with manipulation, the species of receptors, af erentfibers, transducer mechanism and the pathway of af erent were reviewed to illustrate the therapy mechanism of manipulation and provided the reference for the further research.
