IgA肾病与动脉硬化指数的相关性研究

Correlation study between IgA nephropathy and atherosclerosis index

目的:探讨IgA肾病患者与健康人动脉硬化程度的差异及IgA肾病患者发生动脉硬化的危险因素。方法:选择IgA肾病患者及健康体检者各40例,测定臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)、踝-肱指数(ABI),并测定病例组的相关理化指标,分析IgA肾病患者与正常对照组baPWV、ABI的差异及baPWV、ABI与IgA肾病患者临床指标的相关性。结果:IgA肾病患者的baPWV及ABI显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);baPWV与肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(SUA)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)、肾小球率过滤(GFR)、24h尿蛋白、空腹血糖(FBG)、收缩压、舒张压、年龄有相关性,ABI与Scr、BUN、Ccr、GFR、收缩压及年龄有相关性。结论:IgA肾病患者的动脉硬化程度较正常人高,且IgA肾病患者的动脉硬化程度与肾脏病指标相关。

Objective： To explore the dif erence between IgA nephropathy patients and the healthy person in the degree of atherosclerosis and the risk factors of atherosclerosis. Methods： 40 IgA nephropathy patients and 40 healthy people were collected. The ankle-brachial index（ABI） and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity（baPWV） of the two groups were recorded to analyze the dif erence and correlation of baPWV and ABI between IgA nephropathy patients and healthy persons. Results： The baPWV and ABI of IgA nephropathy patients were signii cantly higher than that of healthy people（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. The baPWV was correlated with creatinine, urea, uric acid, creatinine clearance rate, glomerularfiltration rate, 24-hour proteinuria, fasting blood-glucose, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and ages. The ABI was related to creatinine, urea, creatinine clearance rate, glomerularfiltration rate, systolic pressure and ages. Conclusion： The degree of atherosclerosis in IgA nephropathy patients is signii cantly higher than that in healthy people, and it relates to the kidney indexes.
