常青中风夺命饮制方特色及治验探析

Study on experience of professor CHANG Qing in treatment for stroke with Zhongfeng Duoming Decoction

常青主任中医师从医50年,学验俱丰,尤在中风、肿瘤等内科重难症领域屡起沉疴,在此基础上自创多种系列经验方,临床运用多获应手之效。中风夺命饮是常老总结多年临证实践创制的用以治疗中风急性期重症的经验方,该方针对风火痰浊之因机,精选涤痰熄风之品为君;针对腑实热郁之因机,重用通腑泄浊之药为臣;针对血瘀络伤之因机,巧投活血化瘀之属为佐;针对肝风夹痰阻滞脑络之因机,更配引经通络之药为使。文章就常老在中风领域经验方中风夺命饮之制方特色及临床治验作一探析。

GHANG Qing had been an expert in clinical experience for 50 years, especially in severe case and dii cult miscellaneous diseases of internal medicine such as stroke and tumor. He created a series of empirical formulae on the basis of his rich experience, which had good clinical effects. Zhongfeng Duoming Decoction, an empirical formula created by professor CHANG, was used to treat severe cases of stroke in the acute stage. According to the pathogenesis of windfire and phlegm evil, the traditional Chinese medicine of l ushing phlegm and relieving dizziness were selected as the chief drug. According to the pathogenesis of fu-organ constipation and heat stagnation, the traditional Chinese medicine of relaxing the bowels and expulsion of toxin were selected as the deputy drug. According to the pathogenesis of blood stasis, the traditional Chinese medicine of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis was selected as the assistant drug. According to the pathogenesis of liver wind with phlegm block collaterals of brain, the traditional Chinese medicine of guiding and dredging collaterals were selected as the envoy drug. From the feature of prescription formulating and clinical case, the empirical formulae, Zhongfeng Duoming Decoction, was discussed.
