代谢组学助力中医证候动物模型研究

Study on the metabonomics contributing to animal model of TCM syndrome

建立合理有效的中医证候动物模型是实现中医药现代化的关键。代谢组学整体性、动态性、系统性特点与中医理论相吻合,在中医证候动物模型研究领域中展现重要应用前景。文章通过对中医证候模型造模方法,模型评价方法以及代谢组学在心气虚证、肾阴虚证、肝郁脾虚证等中医证候模型研究中的应用进行综述,利用代谢组学技术寻找中医证候的生物标记物,为建立合理的中医证候动物模型与评价体系提供依据,为建立系统合理的方剂疗效评价奠定基础。

Establishing reasonable and effective animal model of TCM syndrome is the basis for the realization of modernization of Chinese medicine. The characteristic of metabonomic of integrity, dynamics and systematic accords with the theory of Chinese medicine. Metabonomic plays an important role in thefiled of animal model of TCM syndrome. This review paper showed the model method and the evaluation method of TCM syndrome model and metabonomics application in the research of animal model of TCM syndrome, such as heart-qi deficiency syndrome, kidney-yin deficiency syndrome, liverdepression and spleen-deficiency syndrome, tofind out the biomarkers of TCM syndrome by using metabonomics technology. It provided a reasonable basis for the establishment of animal syndromes model replication and evaluation system, to make a preparation for the systematic and rational prescription efficacy evaluation.
