檵木药用价值研究概述

Study of medical value of loropetalum chinense

檵木是我国长江中下游地区所生灌木,具有促进创伤愈合、抑菌、抗炎、抗氧化、调节脂肪代谢、抗肿瘤等功效。多种传统中医药典籍对檵木药用价值有所记载,目前已有现代医药研究对其有效成分进行了细化提取与分析。文章主要从药用功效、所含化学成分以及各成分对应的药理机制,对檵木的药用价值进行综述,以期提示檵木在治疗炎性疾病、心血管疾病、癌症等方面的潜在治疗应用,推动檵木更好地为维护人类健康、治疗人类疾病所用。

Loropetalum chinense is one kind of shrub which grows in middle-and-lower of Yangtze River. It has various medical ei cacies such as promoting wound healing, anti-bacteria, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, adjusting fat metabolism, antitumor and so on. Medical value of loropetalum chinense has been recorded in a variety of traditional Chinese medicine literatures. Modern pharmaceutical researches have extracted and analyzed the effective components of loropetalum chinense. This article mainly summarized the medical functions, chemical component and the pharmaceutical mechanism of loropetalum chinense. In order to reminder the potential therapeutic applications in inflammatory disease, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and to recommend loropetalum chinense as effective safeguard to human health, medical value of loropetalum chinense was summarized in this paper.
