摘要
目的:建立复方紫青膏的质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法(TLC)对紫草、大黄、冬青进行定性鉴别,用高效液色谱法对膏剂中左旋紫草素进行含量测定。结果:TLC斑点圆整,分离度好,易于区别;左旋紫草素进样量在0.2032-1.2192μg的范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=1.7%(n=6)。结论:所用方法简便准确、重复性好,所建标准可用于复方紫青膏的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standards of Compound Ziqing Cream. Methods: Radix arnebiae, rheum oi cinale and ilex purpurea were qualitative identii ed by using TLC. The content of radix arnebiae was detected by high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC). Results: The TLC spots were round in shape and well separated, and easy to be distinguished. The linear relation between peak area and radix arnebiae was good when the linear rang of radix arnebiae was in 0.2032-1.2192μg(r=0.9999), with average recovery of 99.5%, and RSD=1.7%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple accurate and good repeatable, the standards established can be used to assess the quality control of Compound Ziqing Cream.
