针药结合治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on stable angina pectoris with the treatment of acupuncture combined with medicine

目的:观察针药结合治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为针刺组、药物组和针药组,进行临床疗效的对比观察。结果:①在心电图疗效、心绞痛改善方面比较,针药组优于针刺组和药物组(P<0.05,P<0.01),针刺组疗效优于药物组(P<0.05);②在中医证候疗效、疾病疗效方面比较,针药组疗效优于针刺组和药物组(P<0.05,P<0.01),针刺组与药物组疗效无明显差异。结论:通过临床观察比较,针药组能明显改善患者的临床症状和体征,提高临床疗效,是治疗稳定型心绞痛的最佳治疗方法。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on stable angina pectoris with the treatment of acupuncture combined with medicine. Methods： 60 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into the electric acupuncture point Neiguan（PC6）（EA） group, the composite Salviate Dropping Pill（CSDP） group and the electric acupuncture combined with medicine（CEA） group. After treatment, the clinical effects on stable angina pectoris were compared among three groups. Results： ①On the improving rate of ischemic electrocardiogram and the relieving angina pectoris symptoms, the CEA group was signii cantly superior to the EA group and the CSDP group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, and the EA group was superior to the CSDP group（P〈0.05）. ②On improving TCM syndrome, the CEA group was signii cantly superior to the EA group and the CSDP group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, while there was no signii cant dif erence between the EA group and the CSDP group. Conclusion： According to the clinical observation, electric acupuncture combined with medicine could relieve the stable angina pectoris symptoms and develop the clinical ef ect, which might be the most ef ective method to treat the stable angina pectoris.
