摘要 胸腺是免疫系统重要的中枢淋巴器官,高温条件下胸腺组织会遭受不同程度的损伤,产生免疫抑制,影响免疫功能。论文从热应激对雏鸡胸腺组织、胸腺细胞、相关分子表达的影响进行综述,并阐述缓解热应激对胸腺组织及免疫系统损伤的预防措施,提出了今后研究应重视的问题。 The thymus is a kind of central lymphoid tissue in the immune system, and high temperature will damage thymus tissue and negatively affect the immune function. Effect of heat-stress on thymus tis- sue, thymus cell and the expression of molecules in chickens were summarized, and preventive measures to remit the damage caused by heat-stress to thymus tissue and immune system were stated. Furthermore, the focus in the future study was proposed in the paper.
