添加纤维素酶和甲酸对青贮香蕉茎秆饲用品质的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为研究添加不同浓度纤维素酶和甲酸对青贮香蕉茎秆饲用品质的影响,以直接青贮为对照组,试验组在青贮原料中分别添加0.1、0.2g/kg纤维素酶和3.0、6.0g/kg甲酸,青贮45d后进行营养成分、养分的瘤胃降解分析。结果表明:和对照组相比,添加不同浓度的纤维素酶、甲酸青贮香蕉茎秆,对其青贮品质均有提高;添加0.2g/kg纤维素酶可以提高乳酸含量,降低酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、单宁含量(P<0.05);添加6.0g/kg甲酸可以显著降低乙酸、ADF、NDF、单宁含量(P<0.05)。添加纤维素酶和甲酸青贮的香蕉茎秆干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、NDF 72h瘤胃降解率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验显示,在香蕉茎秆中添加6.0g/kg甲酸或0.2g/kg纤维素酶可以显著提高青贮香蕉茎秆品质,并提高青贮香蕉茎秆养分的瘤胃降解率。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of cellulose and formic acid addition on feeding value of banana stalk silage. The treatment included the control group (silage only), silage with cellulose (0.1 or 0.2 g/kg), and silage with formic acid (3.0 or 6.0 g/kg). Nutrients content and rumen degradation of nutrients of silage were analyzed after 45 d's storage. The results showed that silage quality was increased compared with the control group. Addition of 0.2 g/kg cellulose improved the lactic acid level, and decreased ADF, NDF, and tannins content (P〈0.05). Addition of 6.0g/kg formic acid de- creased the content of NDF, ADF, tannins and acetic acid significantly compared with the control group (P〈0.05). The degradation rate of DM,CP and NDF at 72 h in the groups with addition of cellulose or formic acid were increased significantly compared with control group (P〈0.05). The results suggested that addition of 0.2 g/kg cellulose or 6.0g/kg formic acid could improve the silage quality and rumen deg radation of nutrients of silage banana stalk significantly.
